1. All NACCAS  standards, school policies, state and federal regulations are known and observed.

  2. School rules and regulations are monitored and enforced fairly.

  3. Administrative requirements, including grading, attendance, state board and other reports are met.

  4. Initiative is used in starting and following through on assigned work. Close supervision is not needed; expected volume of work is produced.

  5. Cost-saving measures are maintained and non-essential expenses are eliminated; honesty is practiced; goals are met.

  6. New instructors are trained and assisted as needed.

  7. Staff meetings are on a regular basics to spot problems, improve student and instructor performance.
